Yes! Our masks are non-invasive, easy to use, and provide therapeutic benefits for all ages.
For heat therapy, use for 5-10 minutes. For cold therapy, apply for 10-15 minutes.
Absolutely! Regular use can support ongoing eye health and relief.
Dry Eye should be diagnosed by an eye care professional, such as an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. They’ll perform quick and painless tests to evaluate your tear quality, tear production, and how quickly your tears evaporate.
The PKock Compress is filled with silica beads that naturally absorb moisture from the air and release it when heated. Unlike a towel that cools quickly and may not deliver consistent warmth, the PKock Compress provides targeted, long-lasting moist heat for more effective relief.
We recommend wearing the compress for 8–10 minutes. That’s the ideal time for the mask to retain therapeutic heat and stimulate your Meibomian glands to release natural oils.
A little temporary blurriness is completely normal after use! The warmth from the compress helps your tear glands release beneficial oils, which can slightly blur your vision. This effect usually goes away within a few minutes.
While it’s not specifically designed for cold therapy, you can chill it in the freezer for a refreshing cooling experience. Just be sure it returns to room temperature before reheating.

Both optometrists and ophthalmologists are essential to comprehensive eye care. Optometrists often manage primary eye care and vision therapy needs, while ophthalmologists handle complex medical and surgical eye conditions. Collaboration between the two ensures patients receive the most appropriate and effective care.
Avoid the washing machine! Gently spot clean or hand wash with water and mild detergent. Never soak it. Wait at least 2 hours after use before cleaning, and let it air dry completely (about 24 hours) before using it again.
With proper care, your PKock Compress can last up to a year. If you use it every day—especially more than once daily—we suggest replacing it every 6 months for best results.
